Fertility Yoga Class will be working on the heart to sacral flow to help promote bringing life into this world. The series uses yoga poses that help enhance certain points of the cycle. The class will be working with different aspects of yoga like meditation, mudras, mantras, and more to help enhance the fertility process. Fertility yoga has been shown to potentially promote the chances of conception — one study (Yoga Research: Is Yoga Helpful for Fertility by Lacey Gibson Ramirez) found that yoga can nearly double the chances of giving birth compared to a control group. Lynn Jensen who helped write Yoga and Fertility - A Journey to Health and Healing stated, "although I haven't (yet) done a statistical analysis, I estimate that more than 80% of women who start and continue in my classes eventually conceive." Candice personally got pregnant while taking Lynn Jensen's Fertility Yoga class and was inspired to take the Fertility Teacher Training with Lynn Jensen. Candice is excited to share her knowledge from the training and help others bring life into this world. Follow on Kukui Yoga on Instagram for updates on when this class will start. Thank you!
